- Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice.
- Access to on-demand courses is provided upon successful payment.
- Live cohorts and workshops may have limited seats and scheduled dates.
4. Refunds
On-demand courses: refunds within 14 days if less than 20% is completed. Live cohorts: refunds up to 7 days before the start date. Where required by law, additional rights may apply.
5. User Conduct
- No unlawful, infringing, or harmful activity
- No unauthorized sharing, copying, or reselling of course materials
- No attempts to disrupt or reverse engineer site functionality
6. Intellectual Property
All content, including text, curriculum, and branding, is owned by Separate Nest Atelier or its licensors and protected by applicable laws. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal educational use.
7. Disclaimers
Courses are educational and do not guarantee specific outcomes such as employment or revenue. Real-world results depend on your skill, effort, and context.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Separate Nest Atelier is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Separate Nest Atelier from claims arising out of your misuse of the services or violation of these Terms.
10. Changes to Services
We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical. We will not materially reduce access to purchased content during stated access periods.
